Justin Goodman is an associate in the firm. He has represented clients in a variety of simple and complex litigation matters, including employment, intellectual property, securities fraud, products liability, ad valorem taxation and First Amendment and media defense. He also has a wide range of experience in contractual disputes and general consumer issues. Justin was named a "Professional on the Fast Track" in 2006 by HTexas Magazine and included in Super Lawyers' 2008 Texas Rising Stars.
Justin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits.
A native of Midland, Texas, Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Texas A&M University at College Station, Texas in 1998 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (magna cum laude) from South Texas College of Law in 2002, where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review and Phi Delta Phi honor society. He is married to Erin Goodman, of Clark Dean & Burnett law firm in Houston.
