Jory Lange focuses his practice on helping individuals who have been seriously injured by toxic exposures or defective products. He has extensive experience in toxic tort litigation representing individuals with catastrophic injuries caused by asbestos, benzene, dioxin, mercury, and other toxic substances; pharmaceutical litigation; medical malpractice litigation; and products liability litigation.
Jory grew up in San Antonio. After graduating with honors from the University of Chicago, he earned his law degree at the University of Texas School of Law. While at the University of Texas, he was a Semifinalist in the National Judge John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition, served as Associate Editor of the Texas Forum on Civil Liberties and Civil Rights, was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and was awarded the Dean's Achievement Award for achieving the highest grade in Constitutional Law I.
Jory is admitted to practice in Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Arkansas, Western District of Arkansas, and Western District of Oklahoma. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, Public Justice, and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
