Robert focuses his practice on product liability cases with an emphasis on representing victims of defective pharmaceuticals and chemical exposure with cases throughout the country in both state and federal courts.  He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.

After graduating from Lamar University in Beaumont with a B.A. in History, Robert spent six years in Washington, D.C. working in politics and government on Capitol Hill.  After returning to Texas, he received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law where he was on the Dean's List and a member of Phi Delta Phi honor society.  Robert was selected as a Texas Rising Star in 2007, 2008 and 2009.  He is married and has two children.

Robert is admitted to practice in Texas, including the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
